Relaxational Massage
Relaxational massage incorporates the most well-known type of massage technique from its predecessor, Swedish massage.
The ultimate goal of this treatment is full-body relaxation. This is creatively accomplished by using gentle to firm pressure to deliver long gliding strokes, rhythmic kneading, gentle stretching, and calming range-of-motion movements.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage uses a blend of manipulative movements typically applied with moderate pressure. Techniques such as; muscle stripping, myofascial release, frictioning and trigger point therapy are techniques commonly used to relieve symptoms of aches, pains and chronic conditions.
Consistently firm and appropriate pressures are applied to release layers of tissue, including restricted muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia (protective layers surrounding muscles, bones, and joints), restoring balance to the entire body system.

Prenatal Massage
A prenatal massage consists of gentle techniques like Swedish massage. Positioning is adapted to support the pregnant body, with pillows positioned comfortably in a side lying position. The therapist focuses on areas that experience more stress during pregnancy, such as the lower back, hips, and legs.
Gentle to moderate strokes are also applied to the neck, shoulders, arms, and feet. Therapists avoid deep tissue work in prenatal massage for safety purposes and comfort.
